USER is a professional, independent organization, gathering together the Romanian forwarders. Its purpose is promoting forwarding and related activity, customs brokerage included.

Objectives: protecting of the forwarders economic, financial and technical interests, developing the cooperation between members of the Union, between national and international associations with same profile or similar, increasing the reputation of forwarding activity inside the country.
